for a gamer which one to buy shield or ipad 4?

I don't care about steaming games on the shield ....I only care about games on it!!
and apple store have nice games like infinity blade dungeons and fifa 13 and many other titles ...
and tegra 4 is the powerful processor above all processors and I am afraid of nvidia to fouces on steaming games so what to buy?
