It depends on your definition of got. My parents gave the set of keys to a family car when I was 16. But the car i have to myself I didn't own till i was 18. I didnt buy the car but it was given to me and I pay for everything but insurance.

Bought my first car at 15, 1989 camaro. Was told the engine could be blown, no guarantee on the transmission, but it had a brand new racing clutch because the kid that had it was doing burnouts without a license in the middle of town and destroyed it. :xeyed:

I amm still working on it, but the engine is the same and runs great. The synchro on 4th is worn out....
