Face Unlock not working on Samsung Galaxy S2 Rooted 4.0.3 XXKP8 Firmware?

After I try and setup Face Unlock on the Phone it freezes for a second and says "Settings has Stopped"
Then when the phone is locked it will say "Face Unlock couldn't start"

If you know how to fix the problem please tell me. If there are any links you know of that have the solution please post them.
