My epublisher has released my ebook without a signed contract. The contract had been sent, signed by me but sent to the wrong address. I was assured however that a contract would be sent to me again and would be digitally signed since the release date was nearing. But I haven't heard from my publisher and two days ago I've noticed that my ebook was released. I've sent her an email asking her to send the contract but have received no reply.
What should I do? I don't feel comfortable promoting my ebook. I've had three ebooks published with them before.
