I'm debating whether to get a septum peircing. My mom is all in for it (as long as I pay) but I'm not sure of ill look good with it, so I was wondering it there were any editing apps for free in the App Store that has peircings you can add. I can't go get one of those fake peircings because I live on an island and you can't really get much. So if you can help that would be great! Also if you know any free editing apps that are REALLY good please share ^-^
