SHEET HARBOUR — Kevin Lowe is happy to welcome customers back to Cascades Thrift Store in Sheet Harbour. A flood closed the building rented by the Gerald Hardy Memorial Society, which also hosts the Rainbow Food Bank, on Aug. 31. “I’m glad to be back at work,” Lowe said in an interview with The Journal on Nov 25. “I didn’t think we would be closed as long as we were.” The store, which is operated by the society and is a workplace experience for adults with disabilities, hosted a grand reopening
