I am gettin' a new nintendo ds next week, becuase my younger brother got into my old one and i don't want to take it from him, becuase hes going to rage and i actually want to have someone to trade pokemon with :O

Is the ACEKARD 2i better with NDS I or is it the same sht?
I've been reading about people saying they updated blah blah blah and it stopped working.
I have a Nds Lite with r4 card now, but the r4 seems terrible, it keeps freezing games that acekard 2i have fixed.
