I dropped my laptop a few weeks ago, about a height of 3 feet from my bed to the heavily blanketed floor. However, whenever I play audio or video, the sound becomes scratchy and disrupted, and the video cuts short and moves in disambiguated parts.
Is there anything I can do? Or is it a hardware problem?
