Does the new DTV converter box monitor what you do or what channels you watch?

I was thinking it does especially with it being a box and how easy it would be to put a monitoring device in or on it. And that everyone should have one in order to watch TV. Does that get any of you people wondering about this "great" new technology?

You are paranoid...no body cares what you watch...AND not everyone will have one, me for one...anyone who has cable or satellite does not need a converter box.
