I don't really think so. "Jumper" is about a person committing suicide, isn't it? That's not really what Slaughterhouse-Five is about.
Personally, I would pick the song "The Boy in the Bubble" by Paul Simon. It's about human beings destroying the world with technology and the religious, artistic, and social implications:
