I Started working in USA as a single since 2009 March in w2 updated as single , in Aug I got married and I requested to change in my w2 as married. so I filed my TAX refund as married filed jointly. it was in Feb 2010. Still I haven't received. I checked with IRS they are saying there was a delay in my refund, does anybody has faced this issue? any idea why it is taking so long ? is IRS will pay interest for this delay ?
