...way he was originally? They have introduced PDA's for the engineers to use. All of them seem to be having trouble but my husband more so. He struggles with reading writing and anything to do with computers. I have always done his emailing scanning etc which has to be done on a daily basis. He's very good at what he does but he can't manage the PDA. The jobs are taking twice as long and in turn this is making him panic and stressed.
Does he HAVE to use the PDA because this is what the company wants or has he got the right to carry on as normal with paperwork?? Please help and advise as he's on the verge of quitting his job. If I could go with him to deal with the PDA I would but children prevent that from happening. Thanks
