I used to live by one of these scince I was a little kid....back in like 1999 there was one at a shell station in San Bernardino Ca. I think in the Grand Terrace area cuz that's where I lived...It was red & black but in like 2005 they got rid of it.....never seen one since...these car wash models are apparrently obselete and the only ones still around are ones that were installed YEARS ago....here a picture of one if nobody knows what I'm talking about...http://carwashstuff.com/automatics/83_RYKO_R7B_Ultra_Clean_Complete_Car_Wash_Equipment_2500 ....and heres some vids of some...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYpRmG7Bp9A...&....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lpjbKSqhafs....These are the only photo and videos i have seen of these but does anyone else know where to find them online? they're really rare but I have ALOT of good memories going to these things and watching those weird side flower pin-wheel brushes spin! haha....Also, does anyone know where some might still be around in the US?.....(be specific..like state-town/city-& road.). I hear there are a few in Kansas & Florida but i'm not sure.........I love these things and really wanna see more of them!!!
