Does anybody know where Boltbus drops off passengers at Union Station in DC?

I'm picking up somebody who's coming from New York in a Boltbus but I don't know where they drop off their passengers. The lady who's coming has a broken rib and has never been to DC and doesn't know English. So I can't just tell her to come to the garage or set up a predetermined place to meet up. I have to be there when the bus comes and so I can pick her up.
I know DC's always under construction so I don't know where exactly they're dropping off their passengers now.
I haven't try calling them but I only see 1-877-....
