-100, 10lb lifts
-50 pushups
-50 crunches
-50 situps
-10 times up and down a 14 set stair step
-100, 10lb weight lifts (again)
-500 jumping jacks
-1 hour of basketball.
-5 min of jumprope

Can you also recomend a good workout routine that will help me lose weight and gain a little muscle, or lose fat off my legs and thighs. I will give you 10 points if you answer it.
 
crossfit is the best workout there is

they have timed workouts such as fran-21/15/9 thrusters than pullups
angie- 100 pullups pushups squats and situps but the trick is that they are all timed\
if you do this i promise you will be in the best shape you have ever been in
