do i need a special adapter to install a lcd stereo in my saturn vue?

i wanna get a power acoustik PTID-3200 the one with the lcd screen but my friend told me i need a special wiring harness to make the lcd screen work becuase accoding to him the lcd one have more wires that need to be connect than one without an lcd screen.

if somebody some tell me exactly what i need to connect that stereo to my 03 saturn vue without having to cut off the stock harness and manually splice everything together
