Feb 25, 2013 #1 C chris Active member May 12, 2008 2,958 0 36 i got a ticket for tobacco paraphernalia as a minor. i am wondering if i have to go to court for it or can i pay it through the mail. the ticket says a date i should go to court but doesnt say anything about paying though mail. thanks
