Dizziness when I lie down?

For about 9 days now my head has been swimming when I move my head a certain way in bed, or resting my head on a chair. The first two days I felt this, the dizziness lasted all day and was not restricted to me lying down - it was whenever I moved my head too fast standing up. Eventually this caused me to become nauseous and ended in me being sick a couple of times. However this only lasted two or three days, and since then I have been fine apart from when I lie down. Does anyone know what this might be?

Note, I do not have any abnormal aches or pains in my ears.
Definitely not pregnant, and no, the only other strange symptoms I have had have been a result of the dizziness i.e the nausea and ensuing vomitting.

i had dat, but what it was is a deficiency in not having enough vitamin d in my system!

You might want to have a doctor look at that. Have you felt like you have a fever?
