DivX To Go Player won't analyze?

I use divx player to go to transfer movies/files onto a USB stick that I use on my ps3 & blu-ray player. For some reason a couple of movies will not transfer, it gets stuck on the 'analyzing' stage & I ended up having to force the program to quit. Any suggestions???

Your system have a problems..try use other program,
