So basically I'm 5'6 130 (with muscular thighs).and not chubby at all. My bra size is 32 and my waist is like 25 inches. I wear a size 4 in pants. I did feel some belly fat creep on me last year and now I just am a little bigger. I'm in college now and I usually always eat healthy. I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted and how much I wanted. Now even when I restrict my diet, I feel just as fat. I was exercising a lot and eating normally, but I wasn't getting fast enough results. Now by not eating much, I don't feel I am losing much weight. How is this possible?

Day before yesterday: detox tea, chocolate cake***, another slice cake, 5 slices ham 2 eggs, 2 slices cake w/ honey, coffee w/milk & stevia
Yesterday:1/2 c yoghurt & bit protein powder, 1 slice cake, 2 eggs, 1/2 cottage, coffee w/ milk & stevia, bowl popcorn, 1 cup coffee, 1 apple, 1 small unsweetened applesauce and tea w/ stevia
Today: Earl Grey, 2 eggs, 1/2 c beans, 1 apple, 3/4 cucumber & hummus & beans, 1 glass cranberry juice and popcorn. And I feel so full from the hummus, cucumber, popcorn and cranberry juice right now that I'll probably just have miso soup for dinner (30 cals)

***********CAKE WAS REALLY TOFU, ALMOND FLOUR, STEVIA, EGGS, COCOA POWDER = ALMOST pure protein.. Like a homemade protein bar

I don't notice any fat loss weight loss, or anything and it's driving me crazy. I don't have time to work out now (finals week) so I eat less. I usually eat lots of fruit and vegetables but I hadn't been to the farmers market in a while. Plus I read that if you eat a lot more protein and less carbs your body will go into ketosis and burn fat. I try to eat all organic: vegetables, fruits, popcorn, milk, sugar (haven't touched it in 2 days.

It sounds like anorexia but I'm not underweight and I know I'm not fat, but I have fat on my body. Could stress or candida or something else be bothering me?! I have some fat on my stomach, but not a ton.. It's mostly under my bellybutton and on either side. I hate it! A few weeks ago I started eating more ans exercising and I felt like I was maybe a bit thinner, but maybe it was just a feeling. I don't like eating too much now because I hate looking in the mirror and feeling full. I think I had my metabolism up but if it's not completely working, I'd rather control my weight by not eating much... Neither are really working right now.

Please help?
