i was at a gas station out of town when i dropped my phone in the toilet it happened around 4:30 and i just got home (9:30) and dried it with a blow dryer then put it in rice. i took the batteryy and sim card out right after it got wet and dried it with paper towels and shook the water out. i let it dry for about 3 hours. then tried to turn it on a couple times. it vibrated and shows the samsung sign. it has been in rice for about 30 min.
