I have an '07 pontiac torrent. When we were checking for why the check engine light came on we noticed it was lose and just touched it and it broke off. There is plastic on the end of it and a couple tiny pieces dropped down into where it connects to the engine. Should we take off the valve cover and try to retrieve it or is it safe to leave it???
