Could someone tell me if this plan for an iphone will work?

Ok so first I get a like a little T mobile plant for 40 dollars a month and pay for it with a visa gift card becuase I dont have a credit card yet. Im only 14. Then I get some free phone with it and take the sim card out of that cell phone and put it in the iphone. Will that work becuase my family has verizon and I heard that you can't get the iphone to work with verizon.

No. Iphones only work with att out of the box. You cannot take the iphone to other carriers, ESPECIALLY verizon because they don't use gsm technology, which is what the iphone uses. Unless youre a really spoiled 14 year old who has parents willing to pay $500+ for an iphone that you can take to other carrier like t mobile, it won't work. You can't change the iphones sim either. Before you leave the att store, they make you sign the contract and activate it so theres no chance of unlocking it for another carrier unless you pay the $150 early termination fee on the contract and unlock it yourself.
