Could someone answer a question about an audio receiver?

I have narrowed my choices of a new receiver to two. One costs $400 more than the other and the only thing it offers that I care about is more power. The cheaper one rates at 95w per channel, the more expensive at 105w per channel. Is 10w of power worth $400?

Also, anyone know the sensitivity rating of the Bose Acoustimass® 16 speaker system?
