Could a duplicated DVD be spotted remotely by a mfgs. site if you wanted to

knowif you had an original or not? If a series of DVDs were to be specifically designed for the purpose of being remotely identified as either real or fake, could the manufacturer of a DVD data disk identify with 100% reliability whether or not I had placed one of their original disks (or a copied one) into my disk drive. I would connect to their website because I indeed want to know which is the case. The website and the DVDs would be designed for just such a purpose and the manufacturer would be able to remotely read the disk and then send me a message of either "Yes, that's an original disk we manufactured" or "No, that's a fake, somebody is trying to scam you."

My real concern is that of the 100% reliability because I am assuming it would be an easy task to have the website and my computer communicate with each other as to what's on the disk. The question is whether the manufacturer can encode the data in such a way that a fake or copy is identifiable 100% of the time?
