Maybe your subconscious mind is still trying to get over him? I had some about my ex-bf too after we ended our two year relationship. sometimes he was a good guy, other times he was bad. Sometimes I notice I have dreams about him and the next day his roommate, who is still my friend, will mention him to me. With time it will go away but he might still make a random appearance. Some of my other exes appear in mine from time to time too.
