On April 30th a highly debated conditional use permit public hearing was held at the Carberry Drop In Center with 40 attendees. The first public hearing for the OTTER project was held on April 9th at that time council felt there was more information needed and further discussion warranted. Many passionate home owners, concerned citizens and mental health advocates gathered to debate for and against the new proposed use for 553 Main Street.
