On Cinco de Mayo, mix up a batch of one of these cocktails, whether you are having a wild party for all of your friend or an intimate dinner for two.
White Peach Paloma
Ingredients:
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a salt-rimmed highball or Collins glass with ice. Garnish with a lime corkscrew and serve.
* Fresh Sour Mix made by combining 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 cup fresh lime juice, 2 cups simple syrup in a pan to a boil and then left to chill.
Peach-Rita
Ingredients:
Shake or blend with ice into salt-rimmed margarita glass. Garnish with a peach slice or lime wedge.

- ¾ part Hiram Walker White Peach Schnapps
- 2 parts Fresh Sour Mix*
- 2 parts Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
