unknown security Q + alt. email? I want to check an email account but keep being told Yahoo does not recognise the device from which my request is being sent. I am then asked a security question but have no idea of the answer as it was set up in August 2009 (apparently). I then went to the Get Help Page and was redirected to the Password Helper page. I am then asked to provide the registered alternative email address (I don't know what this is, I've tried a few different addresses) and the date of birth, country of residence and post code (which I obviously do know), but I can't get any further. So I'm caught in a loop of not being able to access this account.
Also, this account has been compromised recently because spam emails were sent from it to all the contacts held in the account.
