Cant get car back from BMW untill "accident exchange" pay the storage fees, Any help?
Someone hit my car so insurance was exchanged, accident exchange was dealing with it and took my car to BMW to get a quote to be fixed. It was classed as a cat d right off and i was paid out and told i could also have the car back. The problem i have is the car is still in BMW with £2000 of storage charges which accident exchange havent payed for yet. And BMW wont give me the car back until they do, its there barganing weapon to make sure they get there money!
Can they do this as its not me who owes them the money, nut they have got my car!!!
