Can you use handheld CB Radio as a 2 way radio like a walkie talkie?

I'm just curios, over the summer i got a Cobra road trip handheld cb radio from a relative. it seems pretty cool and it came with a mount antenna for car. never try it but seems cool.

So i'm just wondering if it can use as a normal 2 way radio. example the other person has a 2 way radio and i have a cb radio can we switch to a same channel and talk?

Or if 2 of us have a cb radio, then can we put on a private channel and talk without other interruption?

Yeah. I used to pick up truckers on my 2-way radio all the time. They get annoyed easily.
