Can you use ADHD medication and use nicotine and other stimulants?

I was put on the Daytrana 20mg patch and i was wondering if i could still smoke or use any other stimulants while on my medication.... I also have heart palpitations sometimes while using stimulants such as caffeine, nicotine, and my medication.. so i was wondering if it was safe to use other stimulants while on ADHD medication....thanks all answers welcome..

no as combined drugs can create hallucinations and caused harms to your internal organs. you should check with your doctors for alternatives.
