Can you use a bluetooth adaptor to put music onto your mobile phone?

Im having a lot of trouble with installing the disc that came with my phone to put music,pictures etc on it. Ive heard you can use a bluetooth adaptor and it works pretty well without all the hassle of installing software and cables..! How do you use it exactly? How does it connect to the phone and pc. thanks. its a sony erricson phone if that helps

However,bluetooth adaptor is just replace the cable.You still need to install that PC Suite in the cdrom.This is the software that do transfering any files to as well as from your PC and mobile.
Moreover,you need to install a driver for the bluetooth adapter.
