so i have this dump truck its clearly not suppose to be one but it is and its good its been sitting since 03 and the bed is rough could i go buy another one and put the bed on mine or do i have to take the lift and everything and mess with all that
Extremely doubtful, unless you find one that came off the same year and model truck. Your best bet is to either have new bottom plates welded in, or have an entirely new bed fabricated.
