Can you answer the Nokia N96 while it's closed?

I've been looking into the Nokia N96 and I was wondering if when you are receiving a call, can you answer it without opening it? Please answer my question, I need to know before I buy it. And if you have any other information about it please tell me. For example, does it take bad videos and pictures?
