CAN (THEFT) EFFECT MY JOB HUNT?? PLZ HELP!!!!!?

i was 17 when this happened IM NOW 18. i stole a 17$ headphones in Walmart an got caught up stealing an calls the cops on me. they gaved me probation an i have to pay Walmart fee for 100$ for damaging the headset box . Anyways im trying to look for a job an i don't know if this is effecting to get an interview at a job.oh an im from Arizona.

It should not be on your bg record when you turned 18 it should be purged. I wouldnt bother applying t walmart.
