I am planning to convert to Judaism through a reform synoguage , I am not going to make aliyah any time soon(maybe in the next 5-6 years) , i just wanted to know that , will i be considered Jewish by interior ministry in Israel for the purpose of immigration?

answer: currently, yes. Once in Israel you wouldn't be permitted to marry or be buried in a Jewish cemetery. Many get around the marriage restriction by traveling to Cyprus, getting married and returning to Israel (where the marriage is recognized).
