Most PS3's can play blue ray... I do not think you need a special TV... just make sure ur using a TV that's less then 10 years old LOL

Yes. They can play on any tvs. Even standard 480 but it wouldn't be in HD unless you have a 720 or 1080p tv.

Yes, the Sony Playstation 3 will play Bue Ray discs.

You don't necessarily have to have a "special" tv to watch a blue ray, but if you wish to enjoy the full benefits of it, then a High Definition TV is recommended.
