Can my parents find out if I go hone while they're on vacation?

Im in college. My parents are going in vacation for about two weeks. They leave o Friday and I wanted to go home this weekend.
The problem is my mom doesn't want me driving back while they're gone. Would they know if I just went home for a couple of days? I have the alarm codes and everything.

Yes. They will notice things out of place. They will notice food missing. They will notice trash in the trash cans, because they probably emptied them before they left. They'll notice the bed is rumpled. The neighbors, whom they probably asked to watch their house, will let them know you were there.
