Can I Use Nokia 6790 for TracFone?

I've been looking at a newer phone. Straight Talk has great phones. But I'd rather not pay $30-$45 a month to use it. TracFone and Straight Talk are the same company just different names and plans. Im curious if I get a Nokia 6790 can I switch SIM cards or jailbreak it to work on the tracfone plan?
