Can I use my smartphone as a Bluetooth adaptor for my computer?

I have a pc that does not have a Bluetooth adaptor. I would like to know if I can connect my Samsung Galaxy via USB to my computer and have it act as a Bluetooth adaptor for my pc.
Is this possible? what will I need to download to do it.

Any help is appreciated (even if you explain to me why this is impossible)
