Can i use my California's Driver License & Vehicle Registration in Nebraska?

I've been living in California for 9 years and now i need to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska for a year for job training. Can i use my CA driver license in Omaha? How about my vehicle registration? because i plan to ship my car to Omaha and use it.
