Can I take it back to the shop and complain?

I got a blackberry for christmas, and it was faulty so I took it back and got it replaced. But the phone I have now has got a coloured back and it started to peel for no reason. I thought it was me who did it at first so I got a phone case to protect it and I took it off after a week and more started to carve. So I left the phone case off and it continued to do it. So I know its the phone doing it by itself. I've only had the phone for about a month and a half. The who colour has almost came off, there's only a bit left. So can I take it back and complain or will they say they can't do anything about it?

Make them satisfy you.

If they dont, sue em in small claims court.

They prob wont wana go and will give you a good offer to drop your suit.

You should at least try to bring it back. If you aren't completely satisfied with a product, u have every right to say so. And if u are spending the money, you deserve to be happy with your phone.
