I'm sorry to ask a new question, but this stems from one I just asked. It seems that my lawyer wants to get a recent conviction of mine plead down to "disorderly conduct". At first I was unhappy with still having a criminal record, but I got to thinking...if I got this plea bargain and it went on my record, could I still get it expunged a few years down the road? The original conviction was supplying to a minor...my brother got crazy at a party, happened to have a few beers of mine and dragged me down with him. If he can't get it plead down, is there still a chance I could get the original conviction expunged a few years down the line. Thanks.
