Can I buy a Verizon SIM (no phone just the SIM) and where can I buy?

I have phones already I just want the pay as you Verizon SIM so I can put it in one of my phones. Where can i buy the SIM- please post a link if you have it.

Also I am wondering if I can get an out of state number (Michigan number). Im currently in NY State but am moving at the end of June. I want to get a Michigan number already before moving there. Is this possible? Again please post a link if you have it.
