Can DVB-H/SH (the next nokia for sure) connect IP via satellite?

Initially DVB will be used for mobile TV for sure, but do you think a DVB-H/SH connect IP via satellite (after some software tweaks), if yes, what would be its speed, a la GPRS or more, or less then GPRS

Its a 2025 la question but plz answer that
