Can anyone tell me if these symptoms are for anything else apart from pregnancy?

I have had these symptoms for the past 2 weeks or so.. backache, tummy ache/sick feeling, bloated tummy, feeling tired, headaches, runny nose occassionally and other little things. I was just wondering if these were symptoms for anything apart from pregnancy....
