My husband is threatening to get rid of our new puppy if the puppy favors me. He said it should be his dog yet we have no other dogs and that the dog should only favor him. YET, he has done nothing with the puppy, such as bring him out to use the bathroom every hour and teach him sit on command. I have been doing all the work so the puppy has been following me around. It makes me so angry that he refuses to have a family dog, a dog who could love both of us and favor both of us. So, my question is, is it possible for the puppy to favor and love us both equally, if he gets off his @ss and works with the puppy?
