Can a future employer tell people if i have failed a Drug test?

I am a minor and I live in Florida. I have a job interview soon and I am wondering if I fail the drug test they plan to give me, can they inform my parent/guardian if I have failed it?

Im not looking for any answers like you shouldn't fail because I think i might, just give me a straight forward explanation and answer,
Are you positive? ive been hearing many different thing from different people
What if I refuse to take it? What happens then?

A drug test is a relationship between a doctor and a patient. The doctor is not allowed to discuss test results with anyone but you. He supposedly can only tell the employer you did not pass the qualifications for employment. The employer can only guess why.

if you are a Minor they are required to tell your parents

Number 1. If you fail the test the company will not be your future employer
Number 2. If you use drugs you will fail. 100% of the time.
Number 3. If you fail the company will not even tell you. The phone either will not ring or they will call saying that they decided on someone else.

Finally if you use and know you're going to fail why take the test?
