I have a Blackberry Tour from Sprint and I've been having trouble with the ringtones and alerts. I've set the phones ringer to the "Ringer_BBPro_4" ringtone but on specific callers it uses the default "Ringer_ClassicPro" ringtone instead along with "BBPro_Sanguine" for sms. It seems to do this if i ever go back and edit a contact or add an email address to their information. But others I don't think I've ever messed with.
Does anyone know why its doing this and how I can fix it and over ride it so all my contacts have the same ringtone and alert tones without changing some of them individually?
